This large-scale domestic mineral processing enterprise is mainly engaged in hard ore beneficiation and high-quality manufactured sand processing. Processed Materials: River pebbles, quartz stone, calcite, marble, gold ore, manganese ore, iron ore, basalt and other mixed hard and soft stones, including part of slightly wet materials.
Core Production Requirements:
Adjustable discharge particle size, excellent particle gradation and low fine powder content;

1. Smooth Double Roll Crusher (Fine Crushing for Sand and Non-metallic Materials)

Working Principle: Adopts static pressure extrusion crushing with precisely adjustable roll gap.
On-site Effect: The equipment can stably process dry materials and slightly wet materials with regular finished particle shape, concentrated particle size range and low over-crushing rate. Working Principle: High-pressure material layer extrusion crushing.

A large number of microcracks are formed inside the ores after extrusion, which effectively improves the monomer dissociation degree of minerals, significantly reduces the load of the subsequent ball mill, increases the overall mineral processing capacity, and achieves outstanding energy-saving effects. It is suitable for large-scale continuous production of mineral processing plants.
