The project processes marble raw materials to produce manufactured sand for construction applications. The project selected Huashengming roll crusher as the core equipment. The machine operates on the double-roll compression principle – two counter-rotating high-strength rollers apply compressive force to the material, which is uniformly crushed between the rolls, rather than generating excessive fines like impact crushers. The equipment also offers flexible processing capabilities for both dry and wet materials with adjustable output size.

During commissioning, the equipment performed well. Under normal operating conditions, the machine reduces 5cm marble blocks to finished sand below 3mm, with stable and controllable output particle size. This fineness fully meets the specifications for construction sand and dry-mix mortar production.
