The drum screen mainly consists of motor, reducer, drum device, frame, seal cover and inlet and outlet. The drum is mounted on the rack at a tilt. The motor is connected by the reducer and the drum device through the coupling, driving the drum device around its axis.
When the material enters the drum device, because of the tilting and rotation of the drum device, the material on the screen is turned over and rolled, the qualified material (the product under the sieve) is discharged through the discharge port at the bottom of the rear end of the drum, and the unqualified material (the product on the screen) is discharged through the discharge port at the end of the drum.
