The design of aluminum ore crushing solution needs to comprehensively consider the hardness of the ore, particle size requirements, capacity requirements and investment budget. Reasonable equipment selection and process flow can significantly improve crushing efficiency, reduce energy consumption and operating costs. The following are the key configuration options and selection recommendations.
Aluminium ore characteristics and crushing difficulties
Aluminium ores (e.g. bauxite) are usually of medium hardness (Mohs hardness 3-5), but may contain impurities such as clay and silica, which can easily lead to adhesion or clogging. Therefore, the crushing equipment needs to have strong adaptability and wear resistance.
Aluminum ore crushing line configuration scheme
Coarse crushing stage:

Jaw crusher
Jaw crusher: handling large aluminium ores (≤1000mm), capacity of 100-500t/h, discharge size ≤200mm, strong impact resistance.
Middle crushing stage:

Impact crusher
Impact crusher: impact crusher (e.g. PF1214, PF1315), low energy consumption, easy maintenance, discharge size ≤ 50mm.
Fine crushing and shaping

Roll crusher
Roll crusher: 2-400 tonnes per hour, control the discharge size by adjusting the roll spacing, low energy consumption and easy maintenance. It is used to produce 0-5mm fine aggregate and improve the recovery rate of aluminium ore powder.
Auxiliary equipment
Feeding: vibrating feeder (e.g. GZD1500×6000), even feeding to avoid blockage.
Screening: circular vibrating screen (e.g. 3YK3070), to achieve multi-stage classification and improve system efficiency.
