On-Site Installation of the Double Toothed Crusher
A major coal processing facility in Central Asia faced severe operational hurdles due to seasonal mud and clay content. When handling raw coal with moisture levels surpassing 15%, their traditional crushers experienced rapid chamber packing, causing bridging and complete line shutdowns. These unpredictable interruptions spiked maintenance expenses and created instability in the downstream coking circuit.
2. The HSM Engineering Solution
To guarantee continuous throughput and banish clogging, our engineering team introduced the 2PGC1200×1500 Hydraulic Double Toothed Roller Crusher, featuring three key technological advancements:
Active Shear-Splitting Action: By utilizing high-torque toothed rolls, the material is continuously sliced along its grain, preventing moist material from accumulating and compacting inside the crushing zone.

Toothed Roller Detail
Hydraulic Overload Safety: Built-in pressure sensors monitor torque resistance, allowing the movable roll to instantly draw back when uncrushable material (such as foreign metal or rock) enters, and automatically reset afterward.

Hydraulic Release Monitoring
Energy-Optimized Drive System: Powered by dual 132kW motors at low rotation speeds, the equipment crushes bulk material with exceptional torque and 20% less energy consumed than legacy hammer machines.
