Solution
Huashengming recommended the 2PGC900×600 double-tooth roll crusher based on the customer’s operating conditions. This equipment crushes materials using high compression and shearing forces generated by two wear-resistant alloy toothed rollers rotating in opposite directions. Material enters from the top feed opening and falls between the two rollers. As the toothed rollers rotate toward each other, they apply shearing and tearing forces to achieve selective crushing – large lumps are gripped and fractured by the teeth, while particles already meeting the size requirement pass through directly, avoiding over-crushing. The double-tooth roll design is structurally sound, provides strong shearing action, runs smoothly, delivers high lump yield, and produces low over-crushing rates.
