Process Flow Design

Basic Flow

Coarse crushing: bluestone raw material → vibrating feeder → jaw crusher (output ≤ 100mm stone).

Medium crushing: coarse crushed material → impact crusher (secondary crushing to ≤40mm).

Screening: Vibrating screen separates qualified materials from returned materials, and the returned materials are recycled for crushing.

Sand making: qualified material→iroller sand making machine (finished sand 0-5mm).

Cleaning: sand washing machine dewatering and dust removal→finished sand storage.

Sand washing machine: cleaning dust and impurities, improving the cleanliness of sand. Conveyor and dust removal system: belt conveyor connects the process, and bag type dust collector reduces dust pollution.
