Depending on site conditions, two configurations are available: spring-type (2PGT series) and hydraulic-type (2PGY series).

The spring-type features a simple structure and easy adjustment, suitable for small to medium-scale production lines. The hydraulic type is equipped with an overload protection system—when encountering unbreakable material, the movable roller automatically retracts to discharge the object and then resets, effectively protecting core components. This configuration is ideal for large-scale production lines requiring long hours of continuous operation.

In actual project applications, a sand and gravel plant in Hubei Province uses the Hua Sheng Ming 2PGY1510 full-hydraulic roll crusher to process limestone raw material, with a maximum feed size of ≤80mm, a capacity of 150-200 tons per hour, and equipped with two 160kW motors. Since commissioning, the equipment has delivered good product particle shape, uniform particle size, and low over-grinding rate. The roll shell exhibits strong wear resistance and minimal loss, effectively reducing maintenance and replacement frequency, fully validating the practical performance of the roll crusher in limestone fine crushing.
