Double Roll Crusher

Materials are slowly and uniformly squeezed between two relatively rotating rollers, and are “compressed and cracked” rather than “impacted and crushed”.This physical method greatly reduces secondary over-crushing of materials, cutting off the main source of dust generation from the production process. The powder content of finished sand is much lower than that of impact equipment.
