Why is the HSM Double Stage Crusher called “non-clogging”?

The secret lies in our screenless design. By removing the traditional sieve bottom, there is no physical mesh for wet material to stick to. Even if the moisture content exceeds 10%, the material falls through directly after being crushed, ensuring 100% continuous flow.

Thanks to the Dual-Rotor Relay Crushing technology, the material is pulverized twice in one pass. This allows the machine to achieve a very fine output, with 80% of discharge particles being below 3mm.
