• Primary Gap Calibration (Coarse Tier): The top set of rollers dictates the pre-crushed volume. By manipulating the mechanical tension bolts or hydraulic cylinders, you define the intermediate sizing that will be fed into the lower refinement stage.
• Final Fineness Control (Precision Tier): The lower rollers act as the final gatekeeper. Tightening the clearance between these rollers produces high-fineness powder, while increasing the gap yields larger, uniform granules suitable for various industrial aggregates.
