Rocks, widely distributed in nature, are aggregates of one or more minerals. Through proper mining and processing, they can be transformed into high-quality sand
and gravel aggregates for use in construction, chemical engineering, railways, municipal projects, and other fields, offering significant investment value. To maximize
rock’s value, rock crushers are virtually indispensable for sand plants. They deliver excellent crushing results for materials like pebbles, granite, quartzite, and bluestone.
In recent years, demand for crushed rock across industrial sectors has surged and continues to grow annually, making rock crushing a popular investment venture.
Specifically designed for high-efficiency crushing of various rock types, these machines have gained popularity in the industry due to their large capacity, ease of operation,
low pollution, and energy efficiency.

Rock Crushers
1.Rock Crusher
Feed Size: 25-100mm
Production Capacity: 2-400 t/h
Suitable Materials
River pebbles, calcite, quartzite, marble, cobblestones, bentonite, iron ore, bluestone, quarry rock, slag, limestone, weathered sand, diabase, granite, basalt, etc.
Application Scope
Suitable for coal, metallurgy, mining, chemical, and building materials industries. Particularly effective for crushing raw coal (including gangue) in large coal mines or coal preparation plants.

2.Working Principle

During operation, the rock crusher employs wedges or shims between its two rollers. It utilizes two wear-resistant alloy-toothed rollers rotating in opposite directions to generate high compressive force for material crushing. Once material enters the gap between the rollers, it undergoes squeezing and grinding from their opposing rotation. Through this process, the material is crushed to the desired particle size before being discharged via conveying equipment. A specific gap exists between the two rollers. Increasing this gap results in larger output particle size, while decreasing it under the tension of compression springs produces finer output particles.
